The evolution of the MedAdvisor brand

MedAdvisor isn’t a start-up anymore. MedAdvisor is installed in over 65% of Australian pharmacies, the app has been downloaded more than a million times and we have offices in Asia, US and the UK.
It was long overdue for a fresh look.

We simplify the complex but there’s always room for improvement. The more time we devote to improving our product the more time people have to improve their health

The new logo brings forward our heritage to the modern age. It truly reflects the joyful simplicity of our brand with a friendlier, more approachable logo that represents our brand personality, while remaining recognizable to our existing customers.

Our team is working to apply the new identity across the entire business as quickly as possible, but you may see our old and new brand in use at the same time.
So far, we’ve updated our website, social media profiles and email communication. The app and other touchpoints are in progress and will fit the new brand style soon.

As businesses evolved so should a brand. It was time to review our core identity, brand personality and values and launch a new look that reflects this.
Phil’s positive characteristics of being a helpful friend, that’s a little bit nerdy is still an integral part of our brand values, it will just be reflected differently. So, we felt it was a good time to retire Phil. You may find still Phil’s glasses lying around.
White label apps will not be part of the MedAdvisor brand update. Customers will however notice a change in the App Store and Google Play when they search and download the MedAdvisor app. Once they select your pharmacy as their favourite pharmacy, your white label app will remain the same.
We are always working on new and improved features and functions, like remote customer verification, in-app payment and delivery options that were included last year. The development team is busy building the next awesome app experience for 2021 and the new brand is part of that.
We are communicating with MedAdvisor app users with in-app messages of the updates they will notice.
We are also sharing updates on our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
We will notice the new logo, new colours and redirects to our new website www.mymedadvisor.com throughout the program. However, no functionality changes.
If you recently purchased and paid for material on our new promo site shop.mymedadvisor.com please email shop@mymedadvisor.com and we will happily replace the old designs with the new design free of charge, excluding script folder purchases.

Customers could be confused. When they search for MedAdvisor in the App Store or Google Play they might not recognise the app as they look different to what’s advertised in the pharmacy.
