How to Set Up Script Reminders

When you need to refill your script at the pharmacy or see your doctor for a new script, MedAdvisor can send you a friendly reminder. This reminder can be sent as an in-app notification or as an email reminder.

To set up script reminders for each medication:

1. Tap on the relevant medication on the MedAdvisor Home Screen.
2. Slide the Reminders to ON.

You will now receive notifications and messages until your scripts are filled.

To change or edit your notification settings:

1. Go to Settings and click Notifications.
2. Slide the Push Notifications/Email Notifications to ON or OFF.
